ハーグ制度に基づきWIPOへ国際意匠の申請が完了しました。

The application for an international design to WIPO has been completed under the Hague system.

ロストレスフックの意匠権保護についてご報告いたします。

ロストレスフックは、市場に革新的な釣り針を提供する使命の一環として、多大な時間と努力、資金を投じて、日本国内で意匠権を正式に獲得しています。

意匠権の保護確立により、知的財産権の重要性を強調し、ロストレスフックの無断模倣や複製を抑止します。ロストレスフックに酷似した釣り針の製造、販売、流通はご遠慮ください。

現在、PCT（特許協力条約）に基づく国際出願により、各国での審査が進行中です。弊社は、各国の知財専門家と協力して、審査期間をできる限り延長し、知財の国際的な保護に全力を尽くし、グローバルに対応した権利化を時間をかけて目指します。概して2030年を目処にパテント網を完成させることを予定しています。

独創的な商品を全世界で展開する場合に、特に先進国でない国において、模倣品の被害が深刻な問題となっています。これは主に製造国がASEAN地域に集中していることに起因します。

We would like to provide an update regarding the protection of the design rights for LostLessHook.

As part of our mission to provide innovative fishing hooks to the market, we have devoted considerable time, effort, and resources to officially obtain design rights within Japan for LostLessHook.

With the establishment of design rights protection, we emphasize the importance of intellectual property rights and aim to deter unauthorized imitation or replication of LostLessHook.

We kindly request that you refrain from manufacturing, selling, or distributing fishing hooks that closely resemble LostLessHook.

Currently, international examinations are underway through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) application, which allows for the evaluation of our design rights in various countries.

We are working closely with intellectual property experts in each country to extend the examination period as much as possible, ensuring comprehensive international protection of our intellectual property rights.

Our goal is to achieve global rights gradually, with the completion of our patent network projected by approximately 2030.

When expanding the distribution of innovative products worldwide, the issue of imitation becomes particularly prominent in non-advanced countries.

This is primarily due to manufacturing concentration in the ASEAN region.

意匠権は、商品の外観を写真や図面で登録するものであり、登録対象と侵害物品が似ていれば侵害と判断することが簡単にできます。この点からも、専門的な知識がなくても侵害判断が可能であり、特に諸外国での係争対応において威力を発揮します。

日本には「安物買いの銭失い」​​ということわざがあります。

これは、安い物は品質が劣るから、すぐ傷んでしまったり、使用に耐えられなかったり、より良い性能を求めて、買い直すことになれば、結局、費用や時間が高くつくという意味です。
